Job Title: Application Developer

This is an internal position at Byrne Software Technologies for a .NET
application developer. The selected candidate will work on our internally
developed software packages writing code for new applications, modifying
existing applications and identifying customer requirements for modifications to
the applications. We require strong development skills, strong database skills.
A portion of this position will require the candidate to work directly with end
users (customers) helping them convert data from an existing application to work
with the Byrne Software Technologies application. In addition to strong
technical skills, we require strong communication skills.

Job Title: SharePoint MOSS Developer
Job Number: 09-11004
This is a full-time position at Byrne Software Technologies. The selected
candidate will be working at a client site in the St. Louis area doing
SharePoint MOSS development. The selected candidate will design, develop and
maintain custom components (master pages, features, user controls, web parts and
server-side code) for both internal and public-facing web sites deployed to a
MOSS 2007 environment.
Technical Requirements
- The selected candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a
SharePoint developer creating sites, forms and workflows. The candidate should
also have at least 3 years of experience in creating web-based applications and
understand in-depth database development.
- Design, develop and maintain automated deployment processes and best
practices for SharePoint solution deployments to multiple environments.
- Ability to do custom web application design and support as required.
- Ability to do database design and development to support the custom
applications or integrations being developed.
- Work effectively with technical and non-technical team members in designing
solutions that address the business requirements.
- Ability to fully document solutions and follow standard methodologies for
full life cycle development as part of the applications team.
- Experience with web development technologies, including .NET, SQL Server,
JavaScript, and AJAX. Strong knowledge of other technologies such as
XML/XSL/XSD, Web Services, and InfoPath. Familiarity with SharePoint platform
web services a plus.
