It’s important to note that all of our Staff Augmentation
consultants have complete access to our technical resources back at the
Byrne Software Technologies office. If any of our Staff Augmentation
consultants have a technical question, need help with a programming bug
or require advice about a design, we have dozens of other employees
working in our Custom Development group who are
immediately available to answer these questions. This capability allows
our employees to get their client questions answered without wasting the
client’s time.
Direct Hire Services
Sometimes clients don’t want a temporary employee and would rather hire
someone to be a full-time, permanent employee.
If the client can’t find the right person or
doesn’t have the time to look, our Direct Hire group can help. We gather candidate requirements.
We match them to see if there is a fit. We find the right
combination of technical skills, attitude, communication skills and
personality that match the needs of the client.
We work on a contingency fee basis so the services of our Direct Hire
group costs nothing unless the client hires one of our candidates.
